1. Open the Adobe Photoshop. At menu bar, click File > Open and then choose the picture that you want.
2. Photoshop will show the picture in the window.
3. After that, click Elliptical Marquee tool to create a circular selection in the center of picture.
4. And then, click Filter > Distort > Spherize. Set the Amount slider to 100%. Click OK to apply.
5. Next duplicate the selection. Press Ctrl + J.
6. Click Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast and move the brightness and contrast sliders each to the right to lighten the fisheye view and increase its contrast.
7. Click Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask
8. Click Layer > Layer Style > Outer Glow, then click OK.
8. With the circular area still selected, click on the original image layer and press Shift + Ctrl/Command + D to invert the selection so it includes only the area outside the. Use the brightness and contrast controls again to darken the area surrounding the fisheye.
9. Finally your picture have a fisheye effect.
10. At the last, save your picture. Click File > Save, choose the place, change the format with JPEG, write the name of file and then click Save.
